Terms of Service
Effective: 24 August 2026.
These Terms govern use of ServerOpsMCP, a commercial server-management and Model Context Protocol control plane operated under the AgentForge Labs brand. The contracting/selling entity is the entity identified in the applicable checkout, order confirmation or invoice. A signed enterprise agreement or order form controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
1. Service
ServerOpsMCP exposes authorized infrastructure operations to AI agents and MCP clients. Depending on configuration it may support remote command execution, SSH-based administration, Docker operations, deployments, file transfer, logs, health/metrics, backups, GitHub workflows, browser/desktop automation, OAuth-assisted integrations, audit events and security modes.
2. Authorization is mandatory
You may connect or administer only servers, accounts, repositories, applications, networks and data sources that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. The service is not permission to access a system. You are responsible for determining and documenting the scope of your authority, including authority delegated to an AI agent or automated workflow.
3. High-impact operational risk
Remote administration can stop services, overwrite files, deploy code, change firewall or container state, expose secrets, delete data or otherwise disrupt systems. You are responsible for backups, staging and testing, maintenance windows, access policies, recovery procedures, human approvals and change controls appropriate to the impact of each operation. Security modes reduce risk but cannot replace sound infrastructure governance.
4. Credentials and keys
You are responsible for protecting SSH keys, passwords, API tokens, OAuth credentials and other secrets. Use least-privilege accounts and server-side secret storage; do not place secrets in public prompts, repositories, logs or browser code. You must promptly rotate compromised credentials and notify us through the support channel shown in your account or purchase receipt if compromise may affect the hosted service.
5. Security modes and policy
ServerOpsMCP may offer readonly, restricted and broader authorization modes. You are responsible for selecting the correct mode, allow/deny rules, default directory, server user, host verification and tool exposure for each target. No mode is a guarantee that a command is safe, correct or reversible.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unauthorized access; credential theft; malware, ransomware or destructive payloads; evading security controls; unlawful surveillance; data theft; denial-of-service; persistence on systems without permission; attacks against third parties; illegal goods/services; or activity that violates intellectual-property, privacy or computer-misuse law. You may not disable safety boundaries to perform activity you are not otherwise authorized to perform.
7. Customer data and operational output
You retain rights you hold in server configuration, commands, logs, files and other Customer Content. You grant us a limited right to process Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the service, execute your instructions and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of commands/instructions and for reviewing agent-generated actions before execution where appropriate.
8. Plans and usage
Plans may limit servers, workspaces, users, concurrent actions, retention, support or other resources. Usage and entitlement are measured by service records unless a written order states otherwise. We may rate-limit or suspend workloads that threaten stability or create security or legal risk.
9. Billing, renewal and taxes
Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled. Dodo Payments, Lemon Squeezy or another disclosed provider may handle checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds and payment credentials. We do not store full card data. Price changes apply prospectively and, where legally required, after notice.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel future renewal through available account or payment-provider controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid term. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy and does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
11. Third-party infrastructure
Servers, hosting providers, operating systems, Docker, GitHub, networks, cloud APIs and other connected services are independently operated and subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, account actions or vulnerabilities. Linux® is a registered trademark of Linus Torvalds; ServerOpsMCP is independent and is not endorsed by the Linux Foundation or Linus Torvalds.
12. Intellectual property
Except for Customer Content, open-source components and third-party materials, the commercial service, website, designs, documentation and related technology are owned by AgentForge Labs or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict service where reasonably necessary for non-payment, abuse, a security incident, legal compliance, material breach, unauthorized activity or risk to infrastructure/third parties. Where feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may stop using the service at any time.
14. Availability and support
Unless a separate SLA applies, the service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis without a specific uptime guarantee. Remote systems and networks may fail independently. Emergency security maintenance or force-majeure events may interrupt service.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServerOpsMCP is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that commands generated by humans or AI agents are correct, safe, idempotent or reversible, or that they will produce the intended operational result.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption or loss of data. Except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited, a party's aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the fees paid or payable for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the Provider against third-party claims arising from your unauthorized system access, unlawful Customer Content/instructions, infringement of third-party rights or material violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by the Provider.
18. Privacy and DPA
The Privacy Policy describes controller-side processing. Where ServerOpsMCP processes Customer Personal Data on your documented instructions, the Data Processing Addendum applies and is incorporated into these Terms.
19. Governing terms and updates
Mandatory law remains unaffected. A governing-law or venue provision in a signed order controls. If none is agreed, disputes are governed by the law applicable to the Provider identified on the relevant order, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date and will provide additional notice where legally required.
