Refund Policy

Effective 23 August 2026.

Future renewal can be cancelled at any time. Used subscription periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate/incorrect charges, or for a verified material service failure attributable to us.

Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
